Who Are Move Fitness?

Based in Syston, North Leicester, Move Fitness is an independent private training studio ran by Lewis Bradford a level 4 personal trainer with over a decade's experience. Fully equipped but with the luxury of not having to work out in a busy commercial gym it's an environment that allows you to work out to your full potential and reach your goals.

We have a welcoming, non-judgmental space for you to begin your personal training journey, whether you are returning to exercise or have never lifted a dumbell before I can ensure that you will feel valued, listen to and empowered to achieve your goals...whether that is losing weight or improving your fitness.

My name is Lewis and I am a personal trainer based in Leicester with over ten years of experience. I have worked with a large range of clients who have wanted to lose weight, gain strength, achieve a specific sports goal, and feel healthier & more energised.

I believe that my understanding of you and your needs makes my approach unique. The human interaction I pride myself on allows me to get the most from you as we work towards your fitness goals.
