We also offer a weekly schedule of classes, each one designed to push your fitness and improve your mental and physical well-being.

We have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere which encourages everyone to get involved, and try their best but never feel under scrutiny or pressure. Every time you walk into our gym it's about your journey, your progress, not competition.

Each class requires you to book with our trainer Lewis on 07725818587. Classes are £9 or 10 class passes can be bought for £80.
